Exchange Terms
- Please check your order and products immediately upon delivery in front of the delivery agent.
- If you are not satisfied or if there’s an error with your order, you can return the product directly to the delivery agent.
- If an error in your order is found and the product is not returned immediately, please contact us within 4 days of receiving the order.
Eligible Products for Exchange:
- Products must be unused and in their original condition.
- Products must be in their original packaging with all attached tags.
Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products purchased during sales or promotional offers.

3- Wait for a confirmation email with further instructions
2- Include all necessary details, such as your order number and reason for the request
Shipping and Handling Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the product was not returned directly to the delivery agent upon receipt.
- In cases where the error is from our side, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.
